With a BSc in Architecture, MSc in Business, almost 40 years practical experience and $5 billion USD in completed developments in the USA, UK and Canada, Richard leads sw10 staff and projects and brings a wealth of insight and experience to every project.    Staff at sw10 are identified, cultivated and carefully recruited over many projects to ensure that every client and project receives the best possible, client friendly service at the lowest cost.
